Enable Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established specialist residential groundworks contractor. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects throughout the Kent region.

The business delivers residential infrastructure and groundworks packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders, with individual project values reaching up to £20 million.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a financially secure contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery, repeat business, and long-term career prospects.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage site teams, maintain strong client relationships, oversee commercial performance, and drive operational excellence across the region.
To Be Considered, Candidates Should Possess
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the groundworks sector
- Engineering background with strong technical understanding of groundworks and infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing multiple residential schemes simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management ability
- Full UK driving licence

In return, our client is offering a highly competitive package of £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for either permanent or day-rate engagements.
