Utility Infrastructure
Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
Social Infrastructure
Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance)
Location: Thame
United Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts.
- Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets.
- Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
- Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.
- Support business growth and develop team performance.
Requirements
- Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
- Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
- Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
