Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and ensure safe, successful delivery on time and within budget.

The Role
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to handover
- Oversee programme, quality, cost and subcontractor performance
- Support and lead site teams to achieve project targets
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, contractual and technical requirements
- Report on project progress, risks and commercial performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in construction
- Main contractor background preferred
- Strong knowledge of programme delivery, commercial control and contract management
- Experience across sectors such as care homes, commercial, industrial, education or residential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
