Our Client is looking for Cleaning Contracts Managers
Payrate: Min £14.25 (will increase based on experience)
1 position at 40 hours per week
1 position at 20 hours per week
HOURS OF WORK
It is the nature of our business that most contracts operate during the early morning and early evening, with some work carried out at weekends and during the normal working day. Contracts Managers times of work are designed to fit in with our clients needs. The actual number of hours contracted per week will be agreed.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and induct cleaning staff.
- Train and Motivate staff to achieve high standards.
- Implement and control working procedures and specifications.
- Ensure all staff use relevant personal protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and Company policies.
- Compile & submit payroll each fortnightly within authorised budget.
- Implement company discipline code as necessary.
- Authorise staff requests for leave and organise cover.
- Provide ongoing site quality control and supervision.
- Carry out regular site inspection and customer care programme.
- Identify and respond to any changing customer need.
- Submit detailed Daily Activity Reports to area Manager.
