Making a Positive Impact on the World's Water Challenges

At Hydro International, we are passionate about protecting our communities and the environment from the impact of urbanisation. As a global leader in water management solutions, we help utilities, municipalities and industrial customers improve water quality, reduce flood risk and optimise wastewater networks.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Contracts Manager - Capital Projects to lead our Capital Projects Delivery Team and drive the successful delivery of complex engineering projects across the UK water sector.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile leadership role with full accountability for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of capital equipment installation and refurbishment projects for UK water utility clients. Based from either our Clevedon or Nottingham office, you'll lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, driving commercial performance, building strong customer relationships and developing a high-performing team. With responsibility for operational excellence, project governance and departmental profitability, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both business performance and customer success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
