PFC Careers are working with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland's leading medium-sized contractors. The projects will nearly all be based in the Glasgow area, with the Contracts Manager responsible for overseeing 3-4 jobs at any one time.

Duties Include

  • To manage contracts on a day-to-day basis and attend sites to ensure ongoing works are being carried out in accordance with specification along with completing reports of site visits.
  • Regular liaison with Senior management team advising on site progress and site requirements to provide continuity of works.
  • To manage all health and safety of site personnel and requirements of clients.
  • To manage site lead supervisors / Site supervisors, including management
