Location: Malvern / Midlands (Office/Construction Sites)

Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong track record of managing contract delivery across multiple projects? We're seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee project performance, commercial delivery, and collaborative execution across a diverse range of build programmes. About The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of allocated projects in terms of time, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Working closely with project teams and commercial leadership, you'll ensure projects run smoothly and deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Drive construction delivery and contract performance across multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and coordinate construction phase H&S plans.
  • Conduct regular site progress visits to monitor quality, safety, programmes and commercial performance.
  • Lead project progress meetings, cost reviews and ensure effective cost control and risk management.
  • Oversee design development on design & build projects, ensuring planning and statutory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and subcontractors to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the project delivery team professionally.
  • Support continuous improvement culture and coach team members on best practices.

Who You Are

We're Looking For a Motivated Leader Who Brings

  • A minimum of 10 years' industry experience in construction delivery or contract management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and a strong understanding of delivery drivers and commercial controls.
  • Experience working with NEC & JCT forms of contract and familiarity with design & build delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
