🏗️ CONTRACTS MANAGER – LONDON
Cut & Carve | Structural Alterations | Demolition
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering some of London’s most technically challenging construction projects.
The role will focus on the delivery of cut & carve, structural alterations and demolition packages across the City of London and West End, working on prestigious schemes for clients and estates including the Grosvenor Estate, Crown Estate and other major London Landed Estates.
THE ROLE
- Manage and deliver complex structural alteration, cut & carve and demolition packages
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to successful completion
- Manage subcontractors, commercial performance, programme and delivery
- Work closely with senior management, consultants and client teams
- Deliver projects within highly constrained and technically challenging London environments
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an established Contracts Manager with:
- 10+ years’ experience within the London cut & carve / structural alterations / demolition sector
- Strong sub-contractor/demolition contractor experience
- Proven track record delivering complex and technically challenging schemes
- Excellent knowledge of structural alterations and demolition methodologies
- Strong commercial, contractual and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working within the City of London and West End highly advantageous

💰 £100,000 – £120,000 salary
