Contracts Manager (Building Fabric)

Are you a Contracts Manager or Facilities Manager looking to step into a role with a industry leading facilities management company offering an office-based role and full ownership of their new social housing repairs contract?

This is an opportunity to join a building maintenance and property development specialist, managing over 30,000 properties across Ireland. They provide new build development of residential and commercial property schemes and are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead their newly won responsive repair contract.

In this role you will overseeing the delivery of a responsive repairs contract all from office. You will work with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality service. You will manage the delivery of building fabric repairs including carpentry, windows, plumbing, roofing and general repairs to social housing. You will also lead the commercial side of the contract, support the Commercial Manager and produce monthly P+L statements.

This role would suit a Contract Manager, Project Manager or Facility Manager from a building fabric maintenance background looking to join a rapidly growing company and a chance to have full ownership of their new contract.

The Role:

  • Manage the delivery of responsive repairs for social housing
  • Plumbing, roofing, window, floor, door, walls and ceiling repairs
  • Scheduling labour and producing monthly P+L statements
  • Client visits once a month to Belfast
  • Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

The Person:

  • Contracts Manager, Facilities Manager or Project Manager with experience in fabric maintenance
  • Willing to commute to office in Newry and monthly client visit to Belfast
