PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will cover across the East & West Midlands and will involve management of groundworks projects.

Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
  • Prioritize workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
  • Attend site meetings with client, and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes.
  • Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with the current legislation.
  • Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation

Contracts Manager Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years experience working as a Contracts manager
  • Experience managing Groundworks projects is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
  • Up to date Qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.)
  • Up to date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations
  • Full UK Valid Driving Licence
