The Role

The role of the Contracts Manager Fenestration will involve:

  • Contracts Manager position dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts
  • Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South
  • Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
  • Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays
  • Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations
  • Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning
  • Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs
  • Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager Fenestration with:

  • Must have Contracts Management experience within the fenestration sector
  • Highly advantageous to have social housing contracts management experience
  • May be open to an experienced Contracts Manager within the building products sector
  • Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
  • Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
