Area to be covered:
South (Varied, although typically 3-4 days per week)
Office Based:
Kent or Essex dependent on location
Remuneration:
£50,000 - £58,000 + Discretionary company bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager Fenestration will involve:
- Contracts Manager position dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts
- Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South
- Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
- Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays
- Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations
- Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning
- Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs
- Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager Fenestration with:
- Must have Contracts Management experience within the fenestration sector
- Highly advantageous to have social housing contracts management experience
- May be open to an experienced Contracts Manager within the building products sector
- Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
- Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
