About the Company

Our client is one of the UK's leading demolition and enabling works contractors, delivering some of the country's most complex and high-profile construction projects. With decades of experience, they specialise in demolition, enabling works, structural alterations, temporary works, asbestos removal, remediation and basement construction, working alongside many of the UK's leading developers, principal contractors and blue-chip organisations.

Known for their commitment to safety, innovation and technical excellence, they have built a reputation for successfully delivering challenging projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior operational team.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple demolition and enabling works projects across London and the South East. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide leadership to Project Managers, Site Managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
