The University of Lincoln is looking for a dynamic and progressive commercial Contracts Manager to lead the Campus Services Contracts team.
This is a role where you can be truly commercial, transformative, and you would be joining an ambitious university with a bold institutional strategy. This is an exciting time for the university as it transforms its strategic direction with a commercial focus.
University of Lincoln is going through significant change and as such, are looking to recruit an experienced contract management to assist in the strategic changes, deliver the re-tendering of a variety of small and large contract renewals, and additionally provide oversight on contract administration and delivery performance.

About the Role
The post holder must have experience in re-tendering large complex Campus Services contracts (such as Hard and Soft Service contracts), and the post holder must have a strong commercial view with regards to minimising risk and providing value for money. The annual cost of all contracts is circa £5m per annum.
