Employment Type: 1x Full Time, Permanent and 2x Full-Time Temporary 6 Month Contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency

Salary: $102,657 - $116,592 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: Canberra Hospital, Garran

About the Role
Ready to take ownership of contracts that keep healthcare facilities running? Can you balance compliance, performance, and stakeholder relationships with ease? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities and maintenance contracts across the CHS portfolio maintained by Facilities Management (FM). You will coordinate the development, review, and administration of contracts, variations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring all required approvals are obtained. Working closely with the FM Maintenance and Asset Teams, you will monitor contractor performance, assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes, and support the delivery of contractual obligations and KPI requirements.

You will also manage Panel Deeds, including panel refresh and retendering activities, maintain contract and work order registers, undertake compliance audits, and coordinate actions arising from contract-related meetings. In addition, you will maintain a strong understanding of relevant procurement and leasing legislation, policies, and regulations to support compliant and effective contract management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and client-focused skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to perform in a busy and demanding maintenance environment. You will bring previous experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
