Contracts Manager - Established Regional Main Contractor

A respected regional contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to lead a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across key public and private sector schemes.

You'll have experience of working on Commercial Build projects, across a wide range of sectors of the Construction Industry.

The role offers the chance to join a stable, growing business with a strong pipeline, leading projects through to successful, profitable completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Ensure safe, timely and commercially successful delivery
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Oversee programme, procurement, resources and reporting
  • Work closely with commercial teams on cost, risk and contract matters
  • Maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive high standards across health, safety, quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Contracts Manager or Senior Management experience with a main contractor
  • Background delivering new build and refurbishment projects
  • Experience across Education, Healthcare, and Commercial projects
  • Good working knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
  • Strong commercial, programming and procurement awareness
  • Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
