The Contracts Manager is a full-time, primarily remote-based role, responsible for overseeing site installation works in a safe, efficient, and economic manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing subcontractors, dealing with site-based installation issues, and liaising with both clients and supply chain partners. The Contracts Manager will monitor site installation progress and prepare reports, while proactively identifying and managing risks and contractual issues.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in contract management or project management within precast concrete.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, site teams, suppliers, and senior leadership.
- Numerical and analytical skills for budgeting, cost control, and reporting, with proficiency in standard office and project management software.
- Ideally a current CPCS (A61) or NPORS (N401) Appointed Person.
- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, solution-focused approach and commitment to quality and safety.
