Contracts Manager – High-End Residential Joinery

Location: Kent / London (with site visits across London and the Home Counties)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience + package

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in high-end residential joinery?

Our client is a well-established specialist joinery contractor delivering some of the UK's finest bespoke residential interiors. Working alongside leading architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients, they manufacture and install exceptional bespoke joinery, including luxury kitchens, dressing rooms, wardrobes, libraries, cinemas, and other architectural interiors. Their projects demand the very highest standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client service.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple prestigious projects from pre-start through to final handover.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the exceptional quality standards expected within the luxury residential sector.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple bespoke joinery projects simultaneously.
  • Overseeing programmes, budgets, and project delivery.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, interior designers, main contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Managing site teams and installation managers.
  • Attending site meetings and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Monitoring quality, health & safety, and project progress.
  • Resolving site issues and ensuring projects are delivered to programme.
  • Coordinating closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end residential joinery.
  • Strong knowledge of bespoke architectural joinery and luxury interiors.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, and manufacturing teams.
  • Full UK driving licence.
