Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting the North East London Procurement Partnership (NELPP) to deliver effective contract management across an agreed portfolio on behalf of partner NHS organisations. The post holder will ensure contracts are mobilised and managed in line with agreed terms and conditions, performance expectations and governance requirements, supporting delivery of quality, value for money and measurable benefits.

Working closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders, suppliers and procurement colleagues, the role will coordinate contract review activity, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage risks and issues, and support contract variations, renewals and extensions in line with due process. The post holder will contribute to continuous improvement, standardised contract management approaches and strengthened controls and reporting across the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a defined portfolio of goods and services across NELPP partner organisations.
  • Drafting, negotiating and executing contractual agreements.
  • Ensuring robust post-award governance, compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Acting as a central coordination point between stakeholders to protect the organisation’s financial and legal interests while supporting safe, effective and value-for-money service delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
