Job Description
Contracts Manager - Social Housing / Passive Fire Protection
Location: Manchester
Salary: up to £60,000/annum
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering compliance and refurbishment projects across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North West.

The Role
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to completion.
- Oversee Site Managers, subcontractors, and project programmes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor commercial performance, quality, and health & safety across all sites.
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within social housing, refurbishment, construction, or passive fire protection.
- Experience in passive fire protection is preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
