Our client is a leading retail fit-out contractor delivering construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects for well-known UK retailers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee retail and commercial fit-out projects nationwide.
The Role
You'll take ownership of retail and commercial fit-out projects from initial scoping through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, commercial teams, procurement, designers, and site teams, you'll manage every stage of the project lifecycle while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail and commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate programmes, site teams, subcontractors, drawings and client updates.
- Monitor budgets, variations, compliance, snagging and handover documentation.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience managing retail fit-out projects, ideally in live retail environments.
- Strong commercial, project management, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, Microsoft Office/Project and a full UK Driving Licence.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid or BREEAM knowledge would be advantageous.
