WE’RE GROWING – AND WE WANT YOU TO BE PART OF IT!

Killingley is expanding, building additional regional capability to support our growing workload and the opportunities emerging around the Oxford–Cambridge growth corridor.

Our existing clients are increasingly asking us to deliver projects across a wider geography, and we're now looking for the right people to help us support that growth.

As an established, multi-award-winning family business, we know our success is built on our people. That's why our priority is finding individuals who share our standards, values, and approach and who want the opportunity to help shape the next stage of Killingley's development.

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals based broadly across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and Cambridgeshire to join us in the following key roles:

SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced leader to take a key role in developing and managing our expanding regional workload.

  • Working alongside our established management team, you will oversee project delivery, lead and develop site teams, build strong client relationships, and maintain the high commercial, operational, quality, and health & safety standards expected across Killingley.
  • As one of our first senior appointments supporting this expansion, you will also play an important role in developing the team and embedding the Killingley culture and standards as we grow.
  • This is an opportunity to do more than manage contracts – it's an opportunity to help shape an important part of Killingley's future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
