Antella Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global travel organisation to recruit a Contracts Manager specialising in the Nordic market.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel professional with strong commercial and supplier contracting experience across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland.
You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving product growth across the region.
We would also welcome applications from experienced Hotel Contracts Managers, Product Managers, Destination Managers, or Sales Managers within the travel industry, who have extensive knowledge of the Nordic market and are looking to move into a broader ground services contracting role.

The Role
- Negotiate commercial agreements with hotels, transport providers, and ground service suppliers across the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key travel partners.
- Source new suppliers and destinations to enhance the company's product offering.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure contracts are commercially competitive and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Travel within the Nordic region to visit suppliers and attend industry events when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within the travel industry is essential.
- Experience as a Contracts Manager, Hotel Contracts Manager, Ground Services Contracting Executive, Product Manager, Destination Manager, or Sales Manager covering the Nordic market.
- Strong knowledge of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple supplier relationships.
