Role Summary
This role supports the commercial and licensing contract process for Microsoft customers. The person will help create pricing documents, validate contracts, resolve operational issues, track deals through completion, and ensure documents are processed accurately and on time.
The position is highly operational, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. It is ideal for someone who enjoys process management, document accuracy, contract administration, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Deal Support
- Assist Commercial Executives and Deal Desk teams with contract completion
- Create customer pricing sheets and contract-related documents
- Track deals from creation through completion
- Validate partner-submitted contracts
Quality & Compliance
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Perform quality assurance checks before processing
- Ensure contracts meet required standards and SLAs
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to operational and contract-processing queries
- Support Commercial Executives throughout deal cycles
- Work with regional operations centers (ROC), partners, and internal teams

- Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
- Duration: 9 months 24 days
- Pay Range: £113/day to £127/day (PAYE)
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

Pay Rate Range
- 113 - 127 GBP daily
