Contract Supervisor
Current vacancy
Contract Supervisor for a housing provider in the West Midlands.
The role is permanent £35 - £39k plus company van, fuel card, £1000 retention bonus, plus holiday and pension.
- To carry out works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.
- Be able to organise workload and complete works in accordance with trade standards and current Building Regulations.
- Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.
- The candidate must have experience in core trade working in domestic properties.
- Ensure selection and procurement of materials for the execution of the works are correct are appropriate and to sufficient standard.
- Pre/post inspections including health & safety
