As a Contracts Support Advisor, you'll handle key pre-delivery tasks such as pre-fit changes, call-offs, and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. You’ll also manage aftercare queries from internal and external contacts and support sub-contractor recruitment to grow our installation network.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Support the Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing and Contract Sales teams
- Installer recruitment, management, and compliance
- Raising and processing PO’s and Invoices from subcontractors
- Administrative tasks relevant to the role
- To carry out pre-fit changes
- Identify opportunity for further growth within the Contract Operations team
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
This role is based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber
