About the Role
As part of the Engineering Control & Instrumentation team responsible for the maintenance and continued efficient & safe running of all equipment associated to the plant. Responsible for carrying out a range of works, including planned maintenance, projects, installations & breakdown repairs etc.

With full training and support, you will:
- Day-to-day C&I engineering
- Make day-to-day decisions to support engineering team
- Maintenance of the electrical drawing register.
- Create new drawings and amend existing.
- Communicate with The Engineering Team to ensure priorities are dealt with in a coordinated approach
- Participate and update all reactive and PPM tasks on our systems
- To work on and run projects as required
- Ensure “out of hours” service is maintained

The Candidate:
- Proven C&I engineering background, ideally in food production
- Ideally trained to BTEC Level 4 (HNC) in appropriate engineering qualification
- Good knowledge and experience with PLC programming and fault finding and use of SCADA
- Ideally have IPAF, PASMA, Forklift, IOSH managing safely, Confined space training etc.
The Shifts
- 37.5hrs/week.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
