THE OPPORTUNITY
As SII UK’s Control, Management and Improvement Manager, you will help define, deploy, control and continuously improve the UK management system. You will report functionally to the International CSR and Performance Coordinator in Bucharest and receive full training from the international team.

Working closely with the international zone coordinator, process managers and UK support functions, you will support governance, certification activity, legal and regulatory compliance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, deploy, control and improve the management system.
- Plan, prepare and lead the certifications required by SII UK.
- Act as the interface between local and global management to communicate and support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Measure the efficiency and added value of the management system.
- Plan management-system activities within the defined scope.
- Support updates to SII’s integrated management system with the international team.
- Train SII teams on the management system and support process managers.
- Organise and support governance meetings, including performance committees and system KPI management.
- Participate in process reviews and contribute to SII’s management review.
- Support audits, monitor the application of the management system and follow up related actions.
- Help prepare for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, with a particular focus on EN 9001.
- Gather and analyse customer satisfaction information.
- Contribute to management-system support tools, improvement requests and ongoing enhancement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams, process managers and UK support functions.
- Ability to organise governance activity, monitor actions and communicate clearly with local and global management.
- An organised, analytical and improvement-focused approach.
- Exposure to management systems, quality, compliance, governance or continuous-improvement activity.
- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or EN 9001.
- Experience of audits, KPI monitoring, process reviews or customer-satisfaction analysis.
Please note that this requirement is for 2 days per week only.
