The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Control Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring and manufacturing, who enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production and wiring of control panels from electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Assembly and wiring of distribution boards and associated components.
  • Manufacturing of panel sundries using hand and power tools.
  • General electrical assembly and panel build duties.
  • Carrying out quality checks on your own work.
  • Working on multiple jobs to meet production deadlines.
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve team targets.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and following Health & Safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience wiring control panels or electrical assemblies.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Competent using hand and power tools.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Desirable

  • Electrical qualification.
  • Knowledge of 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Willingness to assist with occasional site work alongside engineers.
