Control Room Leader

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering. (Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal academic qualifications.)
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
• Strong operational experience within offshore wind, power generation, transmission, distribution, or similar critical infrastructure.
• Thorough working knowledge of the UK Grid Code and power system operations.
• Experience leading operational teams in a Control Room or 24/7 environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management and safe systems of work.
• Experience of completing and/or delivering HV authorisation training.
• A clear and confident communicator, fluent in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills.
