Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established, award-winning organisation based in Filton with the appointment of a Control Room Operator (Nights) to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional control room environment where you'll play a key role in monitoring CCTV systems, responding to alarms, and ensuring the safety and security of clients across the UK. If you're calm under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Hours:
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 20:00 08:00 (Nights)
Please note: Successful applicants will be required to pass security vetting, provide references covering the previous five years of employment, and explain any gaps in employment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and identify any suspicious or criminal activity.
- Respond promptly to alarm activations, following established procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, liaising with clients, customers and security providers.
- Accurately record incidents, maintain event logs and update monitoring systems.
- Produce clear and concise incident reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless shift handovers and excellent service delivery.

- A SIA CCTV License
