Role Description
This is a zero-hours contract on-site Control Room Operator role based in Weston-super-Mare. The role involves:
- Communicating clearly with site teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following compliance and safety protocols
- Contributing to continuous improvement of control room processes

Qualifications
- Experience in control room operations, including monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and following standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and collaborate with site teams and management
- Attention to detail, a high level of situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic IT literacy and the ability to use software; training will be provided
