Our client is a trusted, leading provider of power solutions, specialising in custom control panel manufacturing, PLC systems, and fuel control infrastructure. As they expand their specialised controls division into new markets including BMS, PMS, SCADA, and process automation they are seeking a drive-focused sales professional to spearhead their growth across various industrial and commercial sectors.
As a Control Systems Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and drive market expansion. You will combine market research with active outreach, promoting both their core generator control upgrades and expanded automation offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Conduct targeted market research to identify and enter new growth sectors (BMS/PMS/SCADA/Automation).
- Business Development: Schedule and conduct customer visits to introduce the company’s capabilities, nurture leads, and generate fresh demand.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver detailed technical quotations for new and existing client enquiries.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales activity by producing weekly visit summaries and monthly quotation forecasts to guide growth strategy.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the wider team to refine service offerings and tailor marketing collateral to target sectors.

Key Requirements
- Proven background or strong technical grasp of control systems, PLCs, BMS, SCADA, or power/generator applications.
- Demonstrated track record in technical sales, lead generation, and new market introduction.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own schedule and client pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
