About Us
We're a growing technology and business services company backed by Pine Services Group, a private equity firm building a portfolio of category-leading ERP and consulting businesses. We help mid-market organisations run their finance and operations better — and we're scaling fast across the UK and Ireland.
Who We Are
We're part of the Pine Services Group family of companies — operators, not just investors, building something built to last across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.
Who We Need
We're looking for a Financial Controller who's ready to own the numbers and help build the finance function as the business scales. You're comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment, you don't wait to be told what needs fixing, and you bring the rigor of a controller with the mindset of a builder. If you thrive on ownership and want to shape financial operations across a growing UK/Ireland footprint, this is your seat.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
