To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, permanent

You will be part of the Offshore Corporate Controlling Team and focusing on HR Controlling in RWE’s Offshore Wind Business. You support the Senior Management with providing financial data, conducting efficient planning, analyzing cost and FTE trends, and ensuring transparent reporting. Within Corporate Controlling, the team is looking after the Management Support Functions and HR Controlling for the whole Offshore organization.

About the role

  • Assist in the interface as Business Partner for RWE Offshore Directors on all Controlling, particularly HR Controlling related matters
  • Maintain and report on the position plan and FTE developments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Consolidate and analyse data including commentary for quarterly reporting and planning
  • Support in creating high quality management reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior management
  • Support in the mid-term planning processes and contribute in further developing the process to consolidate the data including connecting and optimize IT applications (e.g. PAP Tool, Query design)
  • You will act as an interface with key stakeholders in controlling, HR and the business
  • Support in projects e.g. regarding optimization and cost efficiencies in Controlling

Job requirements and experience

  • University degree with strong academic record in business administration, economics or similar subject
  • Experience in the energy sector and in Controlling especially HR controlling with profound knowledge about HR reporting including cost and provision logic. Understanding of current trends and developments in HR management is a plus
  • Excellent team player and willingness to work in a motivating team environment and to go the extra mile
  • Very good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and information in a structured manner and deal with complex transactions / commercial issues
  • Very good Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills combined with hands-on experience in working with SAP including HR and Finance modules, Business Warehouse solutions (e.g. CARS) and Success factors
  • High personal credibility and the ability to work confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels in an international environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
