At Wm Morrison Supermarkets, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our Convenience Stores team. Whether you're a Customer Assistant, providing exceptional service to our valued customers, or a Store Manager, leading and inspiring your team, we have opportunities for you. Our Convenience Stores are located in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Gibraltar, offering a diverse and exciting work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store, ensuring product availability and freshness.
- Assist with stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Assist with promotional activities and in-store events to engage customers.
- Provide feedback and support to colleagues, fostering a positive team culture.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional image.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, valuing diversity.

- Previous retail experience is an asset but not mandatory; we provide training.
