Are you a confident communicator with an instinct for sales and a passion for education? We’re looking for Customer Onboarding Advisors to join our growing high-performing UK contact centre team, where you’ll play a crucial role in converting applicants into enrolled students. Through proactive one-to-one support via phone, email and live chat, you’ll guide prospective students through the admissions process - answering questions, overcoming issues and delivering compelling messages to drive the applicant through their journey. This is your opportunity to influence life-changing decisions while contributing directly to ambitious enrolment targets.

If you have experience in telesales, customer service or contact centre environments and thrive in performance-driven roles, this is the opportunity to showcase your skills. You’ll be expected to hit productivity targets, use tools like Salesforce to manage contacts and identify opportunities for conversion. With a strong “sales through service” mindset, every interaction will count towards building trust, resolving doubts and driving enrolments.

Our Successful Candidate

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidate who can work to challenging Key Performance Indicators within a contact centre environment.

  • You will be able to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and written.
  • You will have a sales mindset and be able to build a rapport with customers and identify opportunities to convert interest into sales (enrolments).
  • You will be able to understand complex information and be able to explain it to customers in a way they can understand.
