Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead
This is a high-impact content and conversion role focused on turning attention into measurable business growth.
You’ll own copy across outbound, paid advertising, landing pages, email, LinkedIn, and content assets.
The role combines creative writing with strong commercial thinking and a relentless focus on performance.
You’ll work across multiple channels and adapt messaging to different audiences, campaigns, and founder voices.
AI is an important part of the workflow, but your judgment, editing, and strategic thinking will remain essential.
Success is measured through tangible outcomes such as replies, clicks, leads, conversions, and booked calls.
It’s an environment for a results-driven copywriter who wants meaningful creative ownership and direct influence on growth.
Accountabilities
- Own conversion-focused copy across cold email sequences, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn content, infographics, and carousels.
- Develop compelling messaging, angles, hooks, structures, and calls to action that encourage prospects to take action.
- Write and adapt content for different audiences, campaigns, and distinct founder voices, maintaining authenticity and consistency.
- Partner with AI tools and creative resources to produce content efficiently while providing the strategic direction and editorial judgment needed to make outputs effective.
- Continuously evaluate and improve copy based on reply rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, leads generated, and calls booked.
- Approach every assignment with a growth mindset, prioritizing commercial outcomes over word count, aesthetics, or writing for its own sake.
- Contribute to campaign strategy by understanding what motivates prospects to click, respond, convert, buy, or book a call.
- Take ownership of messaging quality and performance rather than relying on designers or other team members to determine whether the copy works.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
