✍️ Write words. Drive action. Prove the results.
Our client is a fast-growing growth agency helping managed service providers (MSPs) — the IT companies powering small and mid-sized businesses across the US — win more customers. Their growth engine combines SEO, AI search visibility, outbound, paid advertising, content, and founder-led marketing. Now they’re looking for a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead who knows how to turn attention into clicks, conversations, and booked calls.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply enjoys writing. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, writes like a copywriter, and measures success like a growth operator.
🎯 What You’ll Own
You’ll create copy across multiple channels, including:
- Cold email sequences — for client campaigns and internal outbound
- Paid ad copy — LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and ChatGPT ads
- Landing pages — from the headline to the CTA and everything in between
- Newsletters & email sequences — content that turns subscribers into leads
- LinkedIn content — writing in two distinct founder voices
- Infographics & carousels — shaping the message, angle, structure, and CTA while AI and designers handle the visuals

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

📊 How We Measure Success
Forget word count. Forget how “pretty” the copy looks. We care about:
- Reply rates
- Click-through rates
- Conversion rates
- Leads generated
- Calls booked
If the copy performs, you’re doing your job.
🧠 You’ll Be a Great Fit If...

- You can show real results from your copy — not just examples of what you wrote
- You’re comfortable writing in someone else’s voice and can switch between distinct personalities
- You use AI as part of your workflow, but know how to challenge, edit, and improve AI-generated drafts
- You have strong commercial instincts and understand why people click, reply, buy, or book
- English is your native language

🚫 This Probably Isn’t for You If...
- Your background is mainly long-form SEO or brand storytelling

- You rely on a designer to figure out whether your copy actually works
- You care more about sounding clever than getting results
