Position: Conversion Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: London – Office-based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Office Address: 12th Floor, 1 Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9GE
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
Bonus: Performance-based bonus available
About the Role:
Nova Pathways is looking for a confident, organised and results-driven Conversion Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support prospective students throughout their journey, from their initial enquiry through to application and enrolment. This role requires strong communication and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to work towards individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Provide clear and accurate information about degree options, entry requirements and the application process.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and guide them through each stage of the process.
- Conduct initial eligibility checks and document assessments.
- Collect and review all required student documentation.
- Support prospective students in completing applications and submitting the necessary documents.
- Complete short applications on behalf of prospective students where required.
- Maintain accurate records and update lead stages correctly within the CRM system.
- Work towards weekly and monthly application, enrolment and conversion targets.
- Identify common concerns or barriers and contribute to improving the student conversion process.
- Provide regular conversion and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, conversion or a similar sales-focused role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Confident working towards targets and using CRM systems.
- Professional, organised and student-focused.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong sales background is required.
