CRO Manager

Leading Media Brand

London (3 days per week)

£60,000 - £70,000 + 10% Bonus

Our client, a leading UK digital media business, is strengthening its Customer Marketing function as it continues to invest in digital subscription growth. This is a brand new appointment within the Acquisition team, giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced digital marketing specialists while taking real ownership of conversion performance.

You'll join a collaborative environment where experimentation is encouraged, decisions are backed by data, and your work will have a visible impact on customer acquisition and commercial growth.

The CRO Manager will take ownership of improving the digital subscription journey across web and app, combining customer insight, experimentation, and data to turn more prospective customers into subscribers.

Role Highlights:

  • Own and develop the conversion testing roadmap across web and app
  • Run A/B and multivariate experiments to understand what drives customer action
  • Analyse each stage of the subscription funnel to identify opportunities and friction
  • Turn testing results into clear recommendations and improved digital journeys
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver measurable conversion improvements

You Will Need:

  • Experience in acquisition, CRO, eCommerce, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion funnels
  • Confidence interpreting data and using insights to shape your next experiment
  • Experience with Zephyr, Purchasely, or similar technology would be advantageous
  • A curious, proactive mindset and genuine interest in improving customer experiences
