Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager

We're hiring for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager on behalf of a fast-growing e-commerce business in the fast-moving consumer products space. My client operates multiple e-commerce websites across several European countries, serves tens of thousands of customers, and offers a large, growing product catalogue.

They're expanding quickly and looking for someone who thrives on turning data into commercial success. If you love testing, analysing, optimising, and seeing the numbers move because of the work you've done, this could be the opportunity for you.

The Role

As CRO Manager, you'll own the performance of my client's e-commerce platforms from the moment a customer lands on the website through to checkout. You'll develop the strategy, run the experiments, analyse the results, and implement the improvements yourself. Working closely with their wider digital and commercial teams, you'll continually improve customer journeys, increase conversion rates, and help drive online revenue across multiple European markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
