CRO Manager

Permanent, Full-time

Hybrid - 2-3 days at our Derby office, the rest working from home

Up to £50,000 plus benefits

At MAB, we're passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that help customers access the advice and support they need. As our digital presence continues to grow, we're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to help us maximise performance across our customer journeys and drive measurable business impact.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of conversion rate optimisation across a range of digital channels, including our websites, digital tools, introducer relationships and network of mortgage firms. You'll use data, insight and customer behaviour analysis to identify opportunities, remove friction and improve the effectiveness of our digital journeys.

Working closely with marketing, UX and development teams, you'll create and deliver a testing roadmap that drives continuous improvement and supports lead generation growth across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and delivery of MAB's CRO strategy across digital channels.
  • Creating and managing a programme of A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion performance.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and user journey data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborating with marketing, UX and development teams to implement and evaluate test activity.
  • Building and maintaining a CRO road map aligned to business objectives and growth targets.
  • Reporting on performance, sharing actionable insights and influencing decision-making across the organisation.
  • Driving a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
