Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist
We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to own and accelerate on-site and in-app conversion performance across our dual-sided marketplace (booking for marketplace, lead generation for SaaS). Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will design, run, and scale a structured experimentation programme across 13 markets, multiple languages, and multiple products, turning customer behaviour insights into measurable revenue impact.
This role carries a dual objective:
Conversion growth: Build and execute a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap to improve conversion across the full B2C customer journey, from acquisition to booking.
Experimentation culture: Embed a rigorous test-and-learn discipline across Product, UX, and Marketing, ensuring every major journey change is validated with data before it scales.
🧐 You will be responsible for:
- CRO Roadmap & Testing: Own the end-to-end CRO testing roadmap, from hypothesis generation and prioritisation through to test design, execution, and analysis across web and app.
- Multi-Market, Multi-Language Experimentation: Run and localise experiments consistently across 14 countries and languages, accounting for market-specific behaviour while protecting statistical rigor.
- Multi-Product Funnel Optimisation: Identify and resolve conversion friction across the marketplace's B2C funnels, partnering with Product and Data teams to prioritise the highest-impact opportunities.
- Insights & Reporting: Translate test results into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, building a shared knowledge base of what drives conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX/Design, Data, and Performance Marketing to align experimentation priorities with broader growth and commercial goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
