The demand for conversion services continues to increase across our expanding portfolio of client accounts. Having won multiple industry awards in the past 12 months, achieving ongoing staggering revenue increases for our clients, and offering a Performance Guarantee for the results we drive, we expect to see continuous growth in this area over the next few years. We are therefore looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Conversion Services Director to join our team! If you are passionate about creating, managing and delivering optimisation and experimentation strategies, then we would love to hear from you...
As Conversion Services Director at Fresh Egg, you will take strategic ownership and lead on a selection of our client CRO accounts providing clear guidance to steer an effective programme of work, working with the rest of the team to remain on track and achieve success. You will be responsible for driving significant results for clients by combining a confident strategic approach with hands-on technical and analytical expertise and a strong commercial focus. Your ability to immerse yourself in our clients’ customers, products, competition, industry, data, marketing goals and business objectives, will help you to identify the right level of and mix of analysis, activities and tactics required.
Fresh Egg is among the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK. Our mission is to uncover customer challenges and transform them into digital success. We don’t employ cogs to fit into a machine, we employ exceptional individuals who can help us to consistently outperform expectation.
What you will be doing
- You will work closely with clients and the wider team to identify optimisation opportunities, define strategy and implement engaging programmes of experimentation, whilst also embedding best practice and increasing the maturity level and subject matter expertise of interfacing client teams.
- You’ll be supported by an amazing team of conversion strategists, user research specialists, analysts, account directors, project managers, digital consultants, designers and developers here at Fresh Egg. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of 1-3 key accounts whilst acting as the CRO lead across a portfolio of additional clients, working closely with our CRO strategists to deliver the right optimisation activities in line with the clients objectives, developing a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, goals and objectives of each of your clients to support this.
- Conducting the analysis and research needed to understand and solve problems, you’ll identify and conceptualise solutions, split test them and report to various levels of stakeholder on results and recommendations. You will also work with designers and content designers to create solutions that meet requirements, taking onboard input from clients.
- The team is involved in the whole agency vs. customer lifecycle from marketing through to pre-sales, proposal and pitch, to the running of strategic or implementation activities and you’re likely to grow the number of line reports that you manage as we grow this key service area at Fresh Egg.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
