We’re looking for a Conversion Technician to join our specialist aftersales workshop and become part of a friendly, growing team dedicated to keeping our customers’ vehicles ready for their next adventure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Campervan Technician or mechanically minded individual who enjoys variety and wants to work in a specialist environment where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll work on a range of bespoke campervan conversions, carrying out servicing, repairs, habitation checks and accessory installations. Most importantly, you’ll have the time and support to do a great job — because quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what we do.

What will you be doing?

As a Conversion Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers’ vehicles safe, reliable and ready for the road.

Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

  • Carrying out habitation checks on campervan conversions.
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
  • Installing a variety of campervan accessories and equipment.
  • Carrying out work to a consistently high standard, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Completing job sheets, paperwork and compliance records accurately.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Keeping the workshop clean, safe and well organised.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Taking a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Supporting the wider aftersales team whenever required.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with vehicles.

Ideally, You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a vehicle/automotive technician or workshop environment.
  • Good mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
  • A professional and positive approach to colleagues and customers.
  • A genuine interest in developing your skills and knowledge.

Campervan, habitation, electrical or accessory installation experience would be advantageous, but we’re happy to consider candidates with transferable automotive skills.
