Residential Property Conveyancer | Shaftesbury

Established Regional Firm | Salary up to £60k

Hybrid Working (1 Day in the office for experienced candidates)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity with a well-established, growing firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected law firm with a strong reputation and a growing residential property workload. The team is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer following continued growth in work and the need to strengthen an established department.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative property team, working closely with experienced solicitors and partners in a relaxed environment where you’ll have the support you need without being micromanaged.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with a high degree of autonomy
  • Handling a broad range of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Acting for a variety of clients, including private individuals and property investors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and other professionals
  • Working closely with partners and senior solicitors within the team

About you

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, FCILEx or otherwise professionally qualified within residential property. The firm are also open to candidates who have experience running a caseload for over 18 months.

You’ll have:

  • Experience in residential property/conveyancing
  • Good technical knowledge across a range of residential transactions
  • The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • A personable, enthusiastic and professional approach
  • The confidence to work independently while being comfortable asking questions when needed
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within residential property
