Role Description
The Conveyancer will manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Cardiff Area, with a blend of office-based work and some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts and other conveyancing documents
- Conducting title checks and searches
- Handling enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
- Maintaining accurate file records
- Proactively progressing matters to meet agreed timelines

The Conveyancer will be expected to provide clear, practical legal advice, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong grounding in Law with specific experience in property and conveyancing, and the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting, including advising clients on legal issues related to property transactions and offering commercially focused, practical solutions.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, reports, and completion documentation with high attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in clear, accessible language and build positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues that arise during residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) or substantial conveyancing experience within a legal practice.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with legal and case management software, and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Commitment to ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development.
