Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000–£70,000

Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a forward-thinking residential property team in London. Managing a quality caseload of approximately 55 files with dedicated assistant support, you'll benefit from an advanced in-house case management system designed to maximise efficiency and reduce administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated assistant.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience while maintaining high levels of technical accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilise an advanced case management system to streamline workflows and maximise productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, introducers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Contribute commercially to the success of the team by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
  • Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
  • Comfortable working within a technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • A collaborative approach and ambition to progress into future leadership opportunities.
