Residential Conveyancer – Fully Remote
We are currently working with a well-established legal firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a fully remote basis.
Leasehold experience is essential for this role. Our client is looking for someone confident managing their own caseload and handling residential transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Handle leasehold sales and purchases – essential.
- Handle freehold transactions.
- Deal with contracts, searches, enquiries, titles and lease documentation.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, managing agents and other solicitors.
- Exchange contracts and coordinate completion.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

About You
- Strong residential leasehold conveyancing experience is essential.
- Experience managing your own caseload.
- Good knowledge of leasehold matters, including leases, service charges and management packs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with conveyancing case management systems.
